Ben jij benieuwd hoe de overheid er in de toekomst uit kan zien? In het DIT-lab Discover Innovations of Tomorrow werk je samen met andere studenten n professionals van DUO aan vernieuwende vraagstukken rond digitale identiteit en publieke dienstverlening.

Het DIT-lab is gevestigd in de Digital Society Hub en biedt jou de kans om te leren experimenteren en bijdragen aan echte innovaties. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan het digitaal uitgeven van diplomas dat grote impact kan hebben op hoe DUO haar diensten inricht. Of het testen van een persoonlijke datakluis die automatisch gegevens deelt met je aanvraag voor studiefinanciering allemaal projecten die nog volop in ontwikkeling zijn.
Je gaat aan de slag met actuele complexe vraagstukken waarvoor we gebruikmaken van een gestructureerde innovatieaanpak. Samen onderzoeken we wat er technisch mogelijk is n wat gebruikers nodig hebben.

Met opkomende technologien zoals Large Language Models Self Sovereign Identity SSI Verifiable CredentialsVC en datakluizen in een open en dynamische leeromgeving waar experimenteren en samenwerken centraal staan.

Kortom wil jij praktijkervaring opdoen in een innovatief lab waar je meewerkt aan de digitale overheid van de toekomst? Dan is het DIT-lab de plek voor jou.

Ben jij de schakel die onze innovatieve vrijheidblijheid koppelt aan een toekomstbestendige structuur? Bij ons lab vliegen de ideen over tafel en volgen de iteraties elkaar razendsnel op. Prachtig maar ook risicovol waardevolle kennis uit creatieve processen verdwijnt nu vaak zodra een project is afgerond. Wij zoeken een pionier die ons proces in kaart brengt en een systeem ontwerpt waardoor we nooit meer het wiel opnieuw hoeven uit te vinden.

De Opdracht
Jouw afstudeeropdracht bestaat uit drie cruciale fasen:

1. De Anatomie van Innovatie:

Je brengt onze huidige werkwijzen in kaart. Hoe werken onze developers en designers? Waar in het proces wordt de meeste waarde gecreerd en waar lekt die kennis momenteel weg?

2. Benchmark Analyse:

Je onderzoekt niet alleen ons eigen lab maar kijkt ook over de schutting. Hoe borgen andere partners binnen de Digital Society Hub DSH hun kennis? Wat kunnen we van hen leren?

3. Ontwerp Proof of Concept:

Je ontwerpt een werkbare methode of tool voor kennisborging. Om te bewijzen dat jouw systeem werkt ga je de diepte in met voorgaande onderzoeken en opdrachten. Je ontsluit deze oude kennis volgens jouw nieuwe methode om aan te tonen dat de informatie nu wl vindbaar en bruikbaar is.

Studentprofiel
We zoeken een afstudeerder of stagiair:

- HBOICT BITM Bedrijfskunde: die gedijt in een vrije rol.

- Nieuwsgierig Analytisch: Je kunt een proces ontleden tot de kern.

- Handen uit de mouwen: Je vindt het leuk om niet alleen te adviseren maar ook echt de oude kennis in het systeem te zetten.

- Pionier: Je functioneert goed in een dynamische omgeving waar de kaders nog niet in beton gegoten zijn.

- Communicatief Je kunt schakelen tussen technische developers creatieve designers en externe partners.

Build the Digital Government of Tomorrow at DUOs DIT-lab.
Are you curious about what the government of the future could look like? In the DIT-lab Discover Innovations of Tomorrow you will work alongside fellow students and DUO professionals on innovative challenges regarding digital identity and public service delivery.

Located within the Digital Society Hub the DIT-lab offers you the opportunity to learn experiment and contribute to realworld innovations. Think of projects like issuing digital diplomas which could fundamentally change how DUO organizes its services. Or testing a personal data vault that automatically shares information with your study finance applicationprojects that are currently in full development.
You will tackle current complex issues using a structured innovation approach. Together we explore both technical possibilities and user needs.

At the DIT-lab you will work In multidisciplinary teams with students and DUO employees.

In an open and dynamic learning environment where experimentation and collaboration are key.

Are you the missing link that bridges our innovative freespirited culture with a futureproof structure? In our lab ideas fly across the table and iterations follow one another at lightning speed. Its wonderful but also risky valuable knowledge from creative processes often vanishes the moment a project ends. We are looking for a pioneer who can map out our processes and design a system so that we never have to reinvent the wheel again.

Your Project
Your project consists of three crucial phases:

1. The Anatomy of Innovation:

You will map out our current and diverse workflows. How do our developers and designers work? Where in our process is the most value created and where is knowledge currently leaking away?

2. Benchmark Analysis: 

You wont just analyze our own lab you will also look over the fence. How do other partners within the Digital Society Hub DSH manage and store their knowledge? What can we learn from their best practices?

3. Design Proof of Concept:

You will design a practical method or tool for knowledge management. To prove that your system works you will dive deep into past studies and projects. You will structure and index this archived knowledge using your new method demonstrating that information is now truly findable and actionable.
